Excellent quality for this money. I was looking for an Indiana Jones costume whip that was more real. The whip really cracks! And it smells like real leather. My husband was asked for lots of photos for the comic because we added a whip!

After it arrived I hung this whip for a week to smooth out the curves for a nicely balanced pop. After just 3 clicks the snap broke and the handle slipped off halfway. It's good for costume props, but not functional at all.

I looked at the number of harnesses and realized too late that the whip is made of plastic and not leather. I cannot recommend this product to anyone. Suggest you look elsewhere for your purchase.

Bought this for my son who loves to practice flogging. We've been able to temporarily fix it, but it's only a matter of time before it becomes beyond repair. We weren't too impressed with this whip. The handle fell off after a few days. I suggest spending a little more and getting a better quality whip.

I really like this whip. It takes a bit more break-in time to get a high crack, but it already repels coyotes. This is much better quality than I expected. And it was delivered quickly, which is great because coyotes get brazen out here in the desert. Foolish well-wishers who are only here in winter feed these predators, and they are too cheeky for that. Now I have a way to scare them off without shooting them.
