Not breathable for horse blankets and sheets

This sheet is NOT breathable. After a night of use, my mare's fur coat was damp and cold from a rainy night. I thought the sheet wasn't waterproof at all, but it is; This was due to condensation generated by the waterproof lining. i will return it

Quality raincoats

I am impressed with this brand of raincoats and thick winter blankets. The sheet is perfect for rainy winter days >40Β°F or so to keep horses dry but not too hot. I've had these sheets for a season with no significant breaks/maintenance, I expect them to last at least another year as I don't use them every day!

Doesn't keep your horse dry.

When I received the raincoat, I thought it was a bee, a good choice. Seemed well made, went up a size as it was between sizes. Good coverage. It rained that night, I live in the Arizona desert, not in a snowy country. My horse has a shelter to hide from the weather. He uses it when it rains. In the morning I went out happy that he had a new raincoat. He was wet underneath! The next evening the same. This rain leaf doesn't do the job. I regret the purchase and if you want a dry horse this is not

Pleasantly surprised!

I ordered this because it was the only thing I could get next day with Prime. We had bad weather in the area, with strong winds and heavy rain, but without a significant drop in temperature. I needed a raincoat to keep him dry. After ordering I read some reviews and saw some complaints about it not being waterproof. As a precaution, I ordered a waterproofing spray for additional protection. It seems to have worked! All bad weather came, with wind and rain for several days. When I took him out…

Great for riding arenas riding arenas in wet weather

Very handy for lunging my horse in wet weather. Where I wasn't allowed in the riding arena because of the expensive terrain so we have to get on the wet road and when my horse rolls out there it gets so rough so I got it in such a way that when it stops it wins. Don't be so gross. So far it fits well and is durable, but I don't leave it on all the time, only when going into open terrain. He hasn't ridden it yet so can't comment on how waterproof it is but I'm sure it will be ok as other people…

That works great! Perfect for my 16hh TB

I live in Texas where it can get hot during the day and rain at night with high winds. Spring is very mixed, too warm for a blanket, wet and windy for nothing. So this year I bought myself a raincoat. That works great! Fits my 16hh TB perfectly, keeping it dry and windproof. He'll be grazing 24/7 and he's 16 years old so he can catch a cold quite easily if you mix wet and windy. As it has no padding I was able to wear it for a good day without him sweating to death and knowing that if a storm…

light to medium weight duvet

Bought for a hired mare in Florida which has 46 nights a week lately. She had a short haircut and needed some light protection from the wind and cold at night. We had this in a different color and size quarter horse for 3 years, this one still looks new so we chose it again. The weight is comparable to a windbreaker made up of several layers. Not super light, not thick. He is strong and correct. If the night is very cold or windy, we will put a fleece cooler box underneath. Quarter horse…
