Disappointed for Beauty & Fashion

I give 1 star only for the lipstick colors and 1 star because I am a sweet woman. I got this for my 7 year old daughter who loves makeup (as does her mom) but this thing only has lipstick on it! There is no powder or eyeshadow like in most children's makeup kits. I thought this stuff was supposed to be something different since it has My Little Pony on the cover but hell no! After giving it to my little one, I noticed that she continued to play with the old, almost finished set I had given her…

My 6 year old daughter loved this little makeup kit and chose this.

My 6 year old daughter loved this little makeup kit and chose it herself because of the cover of My Little Pony and also because of her love of makeup. All areas of the lip gloss smelled like gum, cotton candy and berries and the blush stayed on well and didn't irritate my daughter's skin. We used to have a large makeup set like this one, but the side drawers broke and got stuck easily. With this particular kit, one side is more difficult to open than the other, but it is doable. Decent makeup bag for a girl.

Just to clarify, I have included a picture of the label on the back of the box as the description and details give different statements about the contents. That's 16 lip glosses and 4 body glosses (which can be used for blush). Also included are 4 lip gloss sticks which are cheap because one broke trying to peel the packaging off. And two eye shadow brushes which are not needed but make them look more real for the kids. Just told my 5 year old daughter not to use them near her eyes. All in all,
