These are good quality items that come with original box and screws for installation. I painted Super White to match my 13 Sienna's body color but the paint I got from Pepboys with the same color code didn't match perfectly. Even after using a primer, you can very easily paint the chipped paint and then varnish it. So be careful when installing it. There is no installation guide but there are guides and videos online and it was easy. You have to lift the car a few inches to get the bottom bolts

Fits 2013 LE but no instructions. There is a sticker on the outside of the box stating that if you need instructions, you should go to your nearest Toyota dealership and ask them to print out the instructions from the Toyota Electronic Information System, or TIS for short.
