Excellent Wi-Fi: Router

This router was recommended by a friend and after a simple installation we can safely agree this is a great product. We have installed a new internet service and with the new router we can now use a strong WLAN on our 2000 m². ft. house. So far we are very happy with the product and the price has been very good.

Pros
  • Nice looks
Cons
  • Some flaws

Not quite gigabit

Not quite gigabit router. According to the specifications on the TP Link website, this Archer C60 model only has 10/100M or "Fast Ethernet" Ethernet ports. So calling it a gigabit router is very misleading.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Weight

Excellent product for routers

There are many walls in my house. No problem if you use this product. Covers places where you had trouble accessing Wi-Fi before purchasing this TpLink product.

Pros
  • understandable even for old people
Cons
  • makes angry

Fiction! on network products

I've had this router for about a year and it works great! The signal strength is amazing and I never have to reboot because it never gives me a problem. It also delivers my 90Mbps WiFi connection every time I run a speed test. Great router for the price!

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

The best router I've ever had!

For more than a year my WiFi kept dropping. I blamed my ISP, they blamed my router. After months of research, I finally found one that I thought didn't have fake five star reviews. Reviews. I also added a shelf on the wall to hold it because I read it was good. I waited a month and a half before checking that there were no problems. It never failed. And there are many things in my network.

Pros
  • Finally bought it
Cons
  • Some cons

"Gigabit " routers for WIRELESS only.

Looking through all the specs on the site I found only one proof that this is a "gigabit" router, even in the name. Turns out only WiFi speeds are capable of this, WIRED speed via LAN/WAN ports is NOT gigabit and limits you to <100Mbps. I am very disappointed and feel completely betrayed. Everything else about this router seems great, including the performance, but the ALL reason I bought this router is to upgrade my WIRED connection to the GIGABITS internet I'm paying for. Waste of my time…

Pros
  • Hands Free
Cons
  • Very Expensive

More than happy! in the Computers & Accessories category

This router freed me and my family from the monthly rent and gave us great connectivity. I'm no techie, but I found it very easy to set up! I rent rooms and it's great to have guest access with my own password. Streaming movies are no longer buffered or deleted; strong WiFi throughout the house: 1750 sq. ft. Installed in the middle of the house.

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • Older model
