On the other hand, CenturyLink was really hesitant to help me, but I eventually found a representative who knew I needed to contact a TP Link representative to complete the setup. I couldn't get it to work the first time I connected it. It was late and I was tired. I pushed it back a week because I wasn't willing to support my DSL provider for an hour or so. But when I was ready to try again, I plugged it in and it just started working! I'm happy with it and I recommend it because the price is unbeatable. I didn't want to invest in a more expensive modem as I lost my last two to lightning.

I bought this product from Robesal about a year ago. It was working fine about a month ago, and now the manufacturer told me the warranty was expired. I'm waiting for a response from the Revain seller. Frustrated to have to buy another modem router so soon!

Great stylish modem that will greatly improve your internet connection. I bought this to replace an old very old modem and it has been fantastic. The supplied installation CD is really very small. I didn't use it, just went to the modem's URL and set it up. Overall this is a great purchase.

Availability Installed in a rural home, using CenturyLink's Actiontec, achieved around 0.3 Mbps and the speed varied between 1.6 and 2.2 Mbps. It takes a little trial and error to get the VPI and VCI set correctly.
