Advertised V3 and AC1350 got earlier versions of V1 and AC1200

I received the wrong item. The product was called TP-Link EAP225 V3. AC1350", obviously version 3 and 1350 Mbps. Instead I have "TP-Link EAP V1. AC1200", an older product with only 1200 Mbps. Return.

Pros
  • Testers got high marks for support and durability
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Notice REFURBISHED for computers and accessories

Arrived unused but missing power injector and cables. It didn't really matter since I have PoE on every outlet. I have 5 of these but they were all bought NEW and had no problems, this one randomly restarts. It's mounted to a 30ft ceiling, so even removing it to swap out isn't easy. The EAP225 is good, but the EAP245 is much better if you're willing to spend a little more. Avoid updated/renovated

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • For old

Works well in computers and accessories

Very clean product. The setup took some time to download the software and define the cloud layout. Easier setup on the phone. Doesn't really have speed or range Compared to the Engenuis Ac1200 the signal would drop and come back

  • Inspires confidence

Works like clockwork - Computers and accessories

I bought a refurbished machine. Apart from a simple box it is like new. The hotspot looks good and works as it should. I am using an access point with Omada SDN. I wanted to test one before buying others to cover my property.

Just buy it new, best at wifi hotspots

I had to listen to my wife, never buy anything refurbished or used when it comes to electronics. The product arrived, it was a V3 model which is good. The EAP did NOT turn on when the POE injector was activated. The POE injector just flashed green and never powered the EAP. This is my first experience with POE, so I don't have a POE switch to test the access point without an injector, so I'm just returning the whole thing and buying a new one. compare two. The refurbished product came with a…
