Love it! (with disclaimer)

There are several types advertised by the same manufacturers but I don't think they are all the same. At first I ordered pearls but they are crystals - and they are large and leave a mess unlike the lighter sachets called Ultra Pearls. This brand is confusing as I subscribed to Ultra Pearls and then accidentally canceled. I checked in twice before and got something different than what I originally ordered. Disappointed with Cats

I tried this pen because I LOVE the original Ultra Pets formula but was hoping this pen would solve some of the tracking issues I was having with the other. I was disappointed in many ways. I don't think he's been chasing any less (and gosh, those crystals are hard on the legs!). Odor control wasn't as good, and while I didn't have the terrible problem of the absorbency occasionally leaving a wet mud, it wasn't as good as the original either. And if your scoop is like mine, throw out flawless…

BACK TO THE ORIGINAL 5 STAR FORMULA!

I've been using Litter Pearls since they came out. I have always had a family of three cats and appreciate the fact that I literally have no cat poop smell. I also like how large chunks of stuffing stay in the box instead of being tracked on the floor; a common problem in garbage accumulation. Over the years, Litter Pearls has tried to improve its product by adding variations. I've tried them all and particularly disliked the one that has the consistency of fine sand.
