I use an organic hair shampoo/conditioner and this was my first experience with this brand. I like the other Trader Joe's shampoo so thought it was good quality. Love the smell, my long thick hair feels great (requires moisturizer). I will definitely buy this again.

These products have left my hair dry and stringy. Even though it's sulfate-free, I've seen a lot of my paint get washed down the drain with shampoo suds.

Very disappointed. These items appear to have been tampered with to stretch the product. There were no seals on the products. Most of the product got into the box due to poor packaging and lack of manipulation.

The top of the air conditioner was completely broken in pieces and the air conditioner was everywhere. Given the cost, there really should be better packaging. I love this product and have brought it before. However, I will no longer buy from Amazon as the product is always damaged.

I have very fine hair so various brands of shampoo and (especially) conditioner weigh it down. It's nice and simple: lots of lather and just enough conditioner to keep your hair from clinging to dry winter weather. I think this is my new hairdo.

I recently decided to switch to all natural hair products and gave this a try. Works well, hair is soft and comfortable, not greasy like before. I wish it smelled a little more fragrant, but I think it's a trade off if you get rid of the chemicals. I love heavily scented shampoos but prefer all natural ingredients. It lathers well and leaves hair clean and soft.

I used this shampoo and conditioner yesterday after hearing so much about it. I am very impressed! The shampoo left my hair clean without stripping and the conditioner left my hair so soft and hydrated. These two have now become my favorite products!
