Description of TRAFFIT

Traffit is a SaaS-based ATS software for recruitment agencies, HR departments and headhunters. It allows you to create your own searchable candidate database and manage your recruitment processes every step of the way. Traffit also has a built-it CRM module and comes with integrations and the API.

Traffit has changed how my Business Works

I like that it's easy enough so anyone can use without having any prior experience in recruiting or hiring people! The interface could be more user friendly but other than that everything works fine as far as i'm concerned. There are some things missing such as an applicant tracking system which would make this even better (such as being able to track applications). We have been using traffits since we started our business 3 years ago now. This was one thing where they really helped us out by

Great tool - even if you aren’t an expert with technology

I like that it's easy enough for any recruiter who knows how to use Excel or Google Sheets but powerful enough for more advanced users as well! There are some features which could be improved such as having multiple tabs in one spreadsheet instead of needing separate sheets (I know this isn't possible yet). Having all my candidates' information together makes finding them easier than before when they were spread out over different systems/spreadsheets etc., We're able to track our pipeline…

TRAFFIT - Great tool when looking at talent

The ability to search and filter candidates by a number of criteria. The ability to view the profiles of candidates. The ability to upload files and documents. The ability to add notes to candidates. Great tool with good customer support

The platform is very easy to use (even without any previous experience) and it's not complicated at all. You can easily add new fields or change existing ones as you wish.The dashboard gives me an overview of my current tasks and helps me plan future activities. I like that I have access to everything in one place. Sometimes when there are many candidates in the system, their profiles appear out of order - this makes searching difficult.
