Fits the description completely, very satisfying.

Until the collar on it is discharged, then you can turn off the sound. Listens from a half-word. However, when I lost the remote, a week later the animal became impudent, going AWOL all night. With a new purchase, relations were restored.

The second button is the vibration of the collar. The third is an electric discharge, the power of which is regulated on the remote control.
