I put this on when I'm running. It keeps my back straight. Though it makes it a little challenging when bending and stretching, but I make do. I like this belt because it has the extra two belts that help tighten the belt. It also tapers at the end so the velcro isn't overlapping and tugging on your clothes. I received the belt and I was happy with the support it provided. Also, it doesn't bunch up like other belts I've purchased. The fit was perfect I ordered a large according to the guidelines (waist size 35). I will be ordering another one in the future.
