The replacement was damaged in ship - no fault of the seller and I did not report since it wasn't worth the aggravation - and that replacement has 6 cracks throughout. I looked at many different options for my home office and was scared away from most products by some of the bad reviews of cracking, denting, etc. We just replaced our carpets so the pile feels medium to high and this mat does the trick. It's nothing fancy - just a sturdy piece of plastic. Only been using for a few days but so far no cracks or wheel dents. I also love that it shipped in a flat box rather than rolled up. Highly recommend.

I used it on carpet, it works really good until it cracks. It only lasted a little over a month and then started to crack. I weight about 180lbs +15lbs for the chair.

Ordered this as a replacement for a frosted chair protection sheet and at first looked really good. A few days of use show that the material is not ideal for the intended purpose since it picks and shows scratches so easily. It doesn't appear that this is worth buying over traditional plastic mats.

Purchased for a carpeted floor. It arrived in a very secure flat box, which was bit of a challenge to open, but that's why it arrived in such great shape. Desk chair rolls smoothly and mat is clear. which I like. My old mat was opaque. Would not hesitate to order from this company again!

This is very sturdy and great for hardwood floors. We use it as a highchair mat because any other baby intended mats do not stay flat against the surface. This product is great in that it comes flat - not like other vinyl products that come rolled up - and do not bend or roll at the edges.

Slip sliding away! Since the thickness is so thin, my chair slides backwards as soon as you sit in it! If I knew this would be the case, I would have bought a much thicker matt. This is a prime example that you really get what you pay for. I have had it about a month now and the edges are curling up, so I have tripped over it one to many times. You need to invest in a much thicker, heavier pad. My mistake on this purchase, so I will live with it.

This mat is just over a year old and has cracked in multiple places. No one in my family weighs over 185 pounds. Probably Okay for protecting hard floors.

I absolutely love this mat. It is shiny and clear. It is easily visible on the floor and has a chic look to it. It is hard, not bendable. I was worried that it would scratch or crack easily because of this but it holds weight well, and has gotten no marks in the 3+ months I’ve owned it. I bought this mat for my office which has medium pile carpet. The mat shipped very quickly via fedex in a flat box. There were no folds or creases. It's very sturdy and thick polycarbonate. I weigh about 220 lbs and the mat does not bend or dent from my office chair. Highly recommend!

I got this polycarbonate chair mat because it is more sturdy than my previous mat. I use the mat under an executive office chair. THIS chair mat is shiny, hard (not flexible), and the chair rolls on it smoothly. I am using it over a low pile carpet, and it does not move or slide around. The mat arrived very well packaged, and it had protective film on both sides of the mat, very easy to peel off from the mat. Overall I think this is a good purchase especially if one has a large office chair.
