Very good Centralised Tool For All Travel Documentation

Easy to use and access from any device. Well designed for our needs! Nothing really as such but would like more options in terms of layouts available - need customisation where possible. Would prefer more integration with other systems we have (esp GDS), which are not seamless. The layout could be improved by adding more columns across the page so it is easier to find specific information at certain times. Great tool if you're looking to manage your trips & projects centrally within one…

  • Good customer support provided via email or phone call when needed
  • Flexibility about creating new documents / templates etc.
  • Abilityto upload pdf's into system very helpful feature that makes life much simpler than manually entering them directly through TUI website.

The best thing about travelink is that it is very easy to use. You can book multiple flights along with many tours at once. It is also easy to create new tours and manage your bookings. You can also create different types of tours like half day tours, one day tours and so on. There is nothing to dislike about the website.
