Using this product our team found that the tags didn't hold up well and became worn out after only a few uses. I would return it but I already filled in the ID information. Let me start with something positive. The pattern is perfect for boys/unisex and you will receive two (2) luggage tags. They're very cheap, and I'm usually okay with that, but the plastic cover falls off when you're trying to get the information card to fill out. They then FIGHT the damn plastic to get back inside.
