Much better than liquid OEM

I used this on my '17 Camaro. I had 30,000 miles on the transmission and it was already starting to make noise so I tried this fluid and now it's nice and quiet and shifts smoother and easier than it did when it was stock. New

Pros
  • Contains a special blend of heavy-duty detergents combined with friction modifiers, defoamers and a corrosion inhibitor to combat various types of contamination; has a viscosity index of 204, exceptional viscosity stability, and is an arctic grade with a pour point of -60 F.
Cons
  • Minor issues

Ideal for 2010 Wrangler manual transmissions

Meets MS-9224 specification required by OEM Mopar transmission lubricants, but much cheaper and synthetic. Very happy with this product, I used it on a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sport 6 speed manual/transmission.

Pros
  • Excellent shifting performance, fast, smooth shifting with no slippage. Eliminates shifting judder and gear "scuffing".
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Jeep Wrangler Manual Transmission Lubricant

This product was used on a 2013 Jeep Wrangler 6 speed manual (nsg370). This meets the ms-9224 specification for a low viscosity gl4 gear lubricant. Very smooth gear changes even in cold weather. I have used several Triax products and have always been very satisfied.

Pros
  • Sulfur free, protects all yellow metal parts. Extremely long oil change intervals, up to 5 OEM oil change intervals.
Cons
  • Some small things

Ideal for Mini Cooper manual transmissions.

Just changed the manual transmission fluid in my 2003 R53 Cooper S, 73,000 miles. I don't know if it was ever changed because I bought the car for 71,000. But the drained oil is very dark. I used the brand shown in the photo which meets all Mini, 75w-80, GL-4 and MTF 94 specs. If you've ever worked with cars, this isn't very difficult. I plan to redo it in 100k.

Pros
  • Compatible with Honda, Acura, Toyota, BMW, Audi, Mini, BMW X5, Jeep, Chrysler, Ford, Mercedes Benz and many more.
Cons
  • Nothing
