Enhanced Video Conferencing

upset. Neck is flimsy

Bought this for my wife to use her phone for reference when she gets a tattoo but unfortunately the gooseneck is just too flimsy to hold its shape while holding the phone holds. Good idea, hope they fix the problem

Very versatile and useful

This actually turned out to be better than I expected. Build quality is good, and the top flexible parts screw onto a regular tripod mount, so you can use it on a regular floor tripod as well. The arms are strong enough to hold their position under the phone's weight. Really nice.

Doesn't work for camera and photo

I've had this for a few months now and it just doesn't work. He throws my phone away and my phone flies more than stays in the grip of the tripod. The phone is often too heavy and falls over. The remote controls the volume on my phone, doesn't take photos. All in all, don't buy it.

Low price and detachable gooseneck!

Great little tripod for the price but I really liked the detachable gooseneck and tripod head. The plastic seems a bit cheap, but then again it was cheap. Don't like the ball head? Put yours on it. Don't you like gooseneck? Take it off or use it in another setup like me. I dig it up.

Great customer service

Love the product and how versatile it is but wish the phone holder part was stronger than the first. The phone holder broke trying to put my phone in so I contacted customer service and they were very understanding and sent me a new one very quickly which is really amazing with their service.

Excellent tripod; non-working camera shutter remote control.

Love the flexibility and versatility of this tripod. However, I'm a bit disappointed that the Bluetooth remote shutter doesn't seem to work with my iPhone as advertised. The bluetooth connects as shown in the instructions, but when I turn on the camera and press the shutter button on the remote iPhone, it doesn't cause my iPhone to take a picture. If I hold the button down long enough, it tries to turn off my phone. Very strange behavior. It's not easy to find a website where I could get…

Sturdy, well made, very impressed

I bought this for my YouTube channel where I had to clip my phone to various spots on my truck so I could film the work on it. I have to say I'm very impressed with the overall package. The tripod part is larger than I expected and very sturdy. The swivel mount is much stronger than I expected. The extension is great for adding height or moving your phone in tight spaces. The sliding clamp mount is a deal breaker - you have to buy it separately.

Main criticism of this device is that my iPhone XR keeps falling out of the holder. There are also some balance and weight issues depending on what you're trying to do with it, which wouldn't be too bad if the flip phone wasn't constantly flying out of the clip. I've tried this with and without a few different covers to see if there's anything I can do other than tie it with string to keep it from slipping out.
