Fussy Comb not Worth the Money

Despite its sleek appearance, this comb is a waste of money. Its teeth are too fidgety and easily bend, snaring hair and altogether disappointing. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I'd only recommend this for use on dolls. The only pro is that it's pretty, but in terms of beauty and hair care, function should trump form.

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting due to the high-quality silver material used in its construction.
Cons
  • Clarity

Are sharp blades painfully made in West Germany?

Plastic is light and cheap, and some parts have bubbles and look odd due to the injection molding process. There are ridges on several teeth that scrape - the skin wasn't damaged but the scalp was definitely damaged. Thought "Made in Germany" was cool, and there it says "Made in Germany" on the handle and "W Germany" on the back - maybe they haven't changed the die since reunification? In short, this is not a very good comb and I regret the purchase.

Pros
  • Styling tools and accessories
Cons
  • New competitors have emerged

Very fine cosmetics and personal care

Looks as it should be in the description, for short fine hair the comb is easy and breaks under the pressure of thick coarse or curly hair. I never opened it, just got it back so got 3 runs

Pros
  • hair combs
Cons
  • sad packaging
