There was no straw included. I tried to contact the company through the customer service website but they didn't answer me. This is good quality. Although the bottom is a bit loose.

I love this glass and prefer it to my large heavy stainless steel bottle. I threw away the plastic straw that came with it and used a silicone straw instead. I didn't have any mold problems as one reviewer said. I wash by hand and next time it's good to go.

Such a cute cup, I want to love it! Pros - perfect size, white color is great and stays white, lid fits snugly, straw seems good quality. Cons - It sweats profusely from iced coffee and the bottom of the rubber isn't bonded to the glass so there's a small gap for water to collect. Overall a nice mug but a few tweaks could have been useful!

I removed the silicone around the glass because it was very annoying and difficult to clean. The silicone made it harder to get a glass mug out of my car cup holder. It also detracted from the clean and smooth appearance of the glass. After that I like the product a lot better and would recommend it to people looking for something to fit in a car cup holder!

Unfortunately I didn't have time to enjoy this bottle as it broke on the first day of use :/ I accidentally dropped it and it's scattered everywhere. I would like to start by praising Tronco's customer service! I've had the jar for just over a month and informed them about replacing the lid. The opening of the silicone straw has a slight tear.
