🍮 Trudeau Baking Ramekins, Set of 4, Assorted - Perfect Bakeware for All Your Delightful Treats! Review

I recently purchased a set of baking ramekins for my home and kitchen needs, and I am so pleased with their performance. As a result of my tests, I determined that these ramekins are the perfect size for mini desserts, such as individual crème brûlées, chocolate lava cakes, or fruit tarts. The assorted colors also add a lovely touch to my table setting. The only downside is that they are not microwave safe, but that is a small price to pay for such high-quality bakeware.

Three passes as the silicone molds are not very good quality but they were advertised as 3" in diameter so I expected them to be the same size as my ceramic molds. Unfortunately it's only 2-3/4 at the top and 2-1/4 at the bottom, so it looks more like a muffin/cupcake cup than a pan. I've processed my return.

I mainly wanted these for melting butter in the microwave. I'm tired of using our old plastic molds that we got back from working in the restaurant. They're incredibly durable, easy to clean, and the perfect size for what we wanted. Second order for them after 3 months of use because we use them so much and have been impressed with the quality!
