This dispenser from S&P is very attractive and easy to use. It's good quality too. It's also nice that if someone needs an S&P, you only have to pass a pip.

I liked the look of this product - no big deal. However, the pepper mill did not meet my expectations. The grinding volume does not seem to be constant and ensures low volume. It takes me longer to get the amount of pepper I used to get from my old one. No matter how I tried to set it up, I just couldn't be satisfied. i give it back

The lid broke when trying to add salt. Worked well to remove plastic when it arrived. The return window closed before the salt ran out. I am very disappointed as I was very happy to have the 2 in 1 and actually bought 2 more as gifts for my kids. My salt isn't empty yet but my son called me and said it was broken so I tried to open mine and it broke too and the free return window was closed - so I actually got the price of 3 lost!

This is very disappointing. We had to replace our other Trudeau S&P combo machine because the pepper mill broke after 10 years 9). Of course we thought we'd go back to Trudeau and buy a similar model. Very disappointed with Trudeau's quality control. I do not recommend.
