Based on my experience this post-workout supplement has been a game-changer for my recovery routine... The plain flavor is versatile and easy to mix into a variety of drinks. The formula is effective at replenishing my energy levels and aiding in muscle recovery. However, the packaging could be IMPROVED for better portability and storage in Health and Household category. questionable ad in Diet & Sports Nutrition magazine

in the picture Watermelon flavor the description is simple. I am very disappointed that I did not receive the item pictured. yes, I should have been more careful, but hey, eat right, do better
