Whilst it matched the description and we love the design, IT WAS CLEARLY A SCRATCH AND DENT AND NOT NEW. installation was a breeze. I think if you are shipping an item with scratches and dents that was obviously open, dented and scratched then charge the price for the open box. I will not buy the rest of the coverage needed from this company as I feel they were dishonest. Luckily it was placed high enough not to see the 7 scratches and 4 dents it came with. I give 1 star for cheating!

I've never had relaxed lights before so the whole process is new to me. I ended up not being able to use the holes to attach the bracket to my junction box because they didn't line up. Instead, I used a space next to it. I didn't cut the extra wire, just twisted it into the lamp. Beautiful lamp. Easy installation. But I couldn't stretch the wire to make it shorter. I know it's possible. It's 90 degrees outside and I haven't had time to deal with it. Rschunimagu. Directions aren't great. It comes with 2 nuts. Remove these nuts from the bolt. Put on the light and base plate, then put on those nuts and add the little caps they give you. The product was ALMOST perfect. As for cosmetics, this should get 5 stars! It looks exactly how we wanted it and hangs beautifully over our sink! The functionality is exactly what you would expect, which is great. There is enough light with a vintage style Edison bulb which we ordered separately. Beautiful lamp. In combination with the Edison Protein Cage light bulb you get a work of art. Mind you, 1 page of instructions for this is terrible. The long screws on the base plate (the ones with nuts) are the ones that protrude through the mounting plate to attach the decorative nuts to it (the nuts tighten themselves when you tighten them).
