who is a slender woman in her 70's with bad veins, to wear to my wedding

I bought these for my mom, who is a slender woman in her 70's with bad veins, to wear to my wedding. She called me laughing hysterically and described her attempt to get them on as something that looked like wrestling with an anaconda. She said my niece almost couldn't catch her breath she was laughing so hard. I think the sizes must not be as described.

Not true size according to measurements

My doctor did my measurements, and I found my size, or at least it said it did! ORDER A COUPLE SIZES LARGER! I was very disappointed and my granddaughter could have worn them!
