Description of Turntable Denon DP-400 white

Denon DP-400 turntable Massive platter, driven by a classic belt drive from a low-noise DC motor. This solution allows you to protect the record from vibrations, a potential source of which may be the engine. The last one in the Denon DP-400 has electronic speed control and an automatic system for adjusting and holding it at the desired value. Design features The Denon DP-400 features a premium S-shaped tonearm with a precision bearing support. The player has a function to automatically raise the cartridge and stop the disc at the end of the last track. Hitchhiking in this model is made to be disabled. MM Cartridge and Phono Stage The Denon DP-400 comes with an MM cartridge that is already mounted on the holder and needs only to be fixed to the end of the arm tube. However, the quality and breadth of settings of the Denon DP-400 tonearm, as well as its reliable damping, allow the use of not only MM, but also MC pickups on this model. The player is equipped with a built-in phono stage for easy connection to any stereo amplifiers and AV receivers, however, if desired, the built-in circuit can be turned off and the signal directly from the pickup can be used. Dust cover An interesting design feature of the Denon DP-400 is the dust cover, which does not hinge upwards like most turntables, but is removed completely from the chassis. In this way, the Denon DP-400 is protected from vibrations that can be transmitted from the lid. At the same time, the cover itself can be used as a convenient vertical stand for the cover of the disc being listened to.

Normal quality, you can use it.

Upset. It is a pity that not all stores carry out a preliminary check of the devices, at least for external defects. Pros: Opened the box, assembled, admiring every detail. The device is beautiful, pleasant to the touch, all the elements have weight and chrome, combined with the gloss of the base, caused a thrill in anticipation of the same delight from the music from the new disc. Yes, the instruments sound great. BUT With its cons. . the voice is sandy, dry. The equalizer on the receiver did…
