This cushion was too hard for me. I have pudendal neuralgia (rectal pain). I tried several pillows and none helped me. I finally bought a special cushion called Cushion Your Assets. Expensive but helps me. 100 dollars. It comes with an ice pack and adjustable side pads (Velcro). I don't think they're still on Revain.

I am a professional cellist who works in an orchestra. Not only does this help me maintain good posture, but it also makes sitting in this chair much more comfortable as I cannot move and we sit for 2.5 hours with a break. The wedge is not too high and the cutout relieves tailbone pain from sitting in the same position for too long. This item (sold by BIGFLY) is a "computer pillow" on the Tushcush website. I purchased this cushion along with the original cushion on the advice of my physical therapist and have found that the computer cushion fits the bucket seat on my 2017 Subaru Forester much better.
