I like how easy it is to use with my social media accounts, as well as being able to track everything down in one place! It's not very customizable when you're creating your profile for first time users or new companies/people that are just starting out - but they do have some great tutorials online about setting up profiles if needed (and most of their support team can help too). Also tracking keywords doesn't always work 100%, so be sure before using this software!! You will need an API keyβ¦
