Cheap it was quoted 450.00 to get the job done

For the price I had my doubts but hey it works. Well packaged and arrived undamaged. Fits perfectly in 2005 Hyundai Sante Fe 2.7. Plan 2-3 hours and take your time. I also swapped the hoses.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons

Not perfect, but way better than my 16 year old factory cooler!

Slightly offset, otherwise perfect. Did about 10 miles, exceeded 3,000 rpm and then let it idle for a good 10 minutes. No leaks. Edit: It's been a week and it's working fine. The install took about 6 hours (minor bugs here and there on my part) and I feel like I spent my time well.

  • Wide range

Not exactly the same size as the original cooler

Shipping was very fast and item arrived in good condition. I installed this in a 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.7L over the weekend. It was about 1/4" shorter in length, so the 2 side screws didn't match, but I was able to mount 1. Also, it's about 1/8" shorter in height, so the fan had to be pushed in. Plus it's inside and works as it should.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other options

I would also recommend that you replace the 2 large radiator hoses.

The cooler fits well except for one screw connection. I had to use a smaller bolt and nut due to the offset. It wasn't difficult to assemble my 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.7L. It's been about a week now and no problems. We'll see if it holds up, but I don't see any problems. Without the offset of 1 screw I would have given 5 stars. I would also recommend that you replace the 2 large radiator hoses as you disassemble them.

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Difficult to answer

Spare part received, everything corresponds to the original.

was received, all identical to the original Hyundai radiator. The only exception: the cooler had a defect (a plastic cover on an aluminum housing) either during manufacture or during assembly. The box was not damaged during transport, the packaging material was not damaged. The right side (when you're standing in front of the car) isn't vertical, it's tilted about 15 degrees. The left side was not damaged. The absence of the right side did not allow to install or fix the radiator fan on the…

  • Certified
Cons
  • Difficult to remember but spare part

Good product for the price, poor packaging

I bought this for my 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe. I received the cooler in factory packaging. The box was smashed on one side and a large hole was punched in the front. The left side of the radiator was bent about 1" and didn't match the bolt hole on the car. I tried pulling on the bracket to straighten it and the bent tanks, but the aluminum tab began to stretch and the tanks wouldn't budge. I was afraid that the tongue would eventually tear or break. Since all the other brackets went together…

Exact Fit - Identical to Hyundai OEM

***UPDATE*** 07/26/21: Although the car is no longer in daily use, the radiator still works with no sign of failure. The OEM unit failed after eight (8) years and the TYC replacement has been in use for seven (7) years. The processing quality is therefore the same or even better than the OEM device. Buy with confidence! ***END OF UPDATE******First review to follow*** Purchased to replace the original Hyundai radiator in our 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS 2.7L V6. It developed stress cracks in the…
