🚗 TOYOTA 4Runner 1-Row Plastic Aluminum Replacement Radiator - TYC 2580 Compatible Review

Time will tell. This fits my 2006 4.0 V6 4runner. The OEM radiator started leaking at 160,000 miles. Update – December 2018 Passenger side radiator leaking. Not catastrophic, but it needs to change.

The cooler was easy to install and fits perfectly. Decided to replace the old radiator as my truck was slowly losing fluid and overheating on long trips. Installed a new radiator about two months ago and no more leaks or overheating issues.

Works well on my 2004 4runner. Purchased with the side coolant hoses listed below. Seems to be a common item to be replaced due to leaks on the driver's side of the OEM part. I'm an average person but I've never had to change a radiator. I do my own ministry and found it to be an easy setup. The product was delivered quickly and did not cause any installation problems. Highly recommend replacing your own heatsink rather than spending around $500 for a shop to do it. It only took a few tools!

It has a good price and reviews, it arrived quickly and in good condition. The best part I think is that by the time I was ready to install a new radiator, my radiator leak literally disappeared. My mechanic, who saw it too, couldn't find it either. Very strange. 4runners rarely have problems and I think they can heal themselves too. LAUGH OUT LOUD! In any case, I won't spend a day installing this until it's (again) obvious that I need it.

This was a perfect replacement for my 2007 Toyota 4Runner - looks factory which I couldn't tell from the original the problem has not been rectified it is not packaged enough protection complained about others, I can't figure out why they didn't fix it, just add a washer, the whole radiator needs to be wrapped in foam, I had to send the first one back because of broken fasteners - they sent FedEx and all shippers are not very careful , they beat up these packages.

This product is so cheap here at Revain compared to what you would pay at a retailer. We bought it and set up a meeting at our local workshop. The radiator arrived with small pieces on the sides. We postponed our meeting in the garage and exchanged. The second radiator came with even more small pieces chipped off the sides. We had to cancel our meeting in the garage for the second time. At this point we returned it for a refund. I don't know if we weren't lucky, but I would check everything…
