Drifts all the time and won't hold zero

This scale drifts all the time and you have to zero every time you pull something off the scale and lose the windshield when the box was open I received it scale

Almost accurate

Accurate, easy to use and great value. I used for small parts that I need to count. Weigh a piece, then enter counting mode, put a few tiny pieces on the scale, then it will count the number. I tested 30 different parts already counted and it was 100% accurate.

I need to replace the power cord. The electric pen fell out.

Balancing works reasonably well; However, one of the pins fell out of the power cord! Now it's just a fancy paperweight. I can't find how to contact US Solid to resolve this issue so I'm hoping this review gets things going. (This was for a balance of 200 x 1mg).
