First I was looking for a wire to hang pictures. I have a framed canvas that is 120cm x 120cm (about 4ft x 4ft) and it weighs 18 pounds. This wire is overkill for this purpose, but I didn't immediately compare the rated weight to the flexibility of the wire. It seems that aluminum grommets are required for this wire as it is not possible to create a knot against itself. The wire isn't flexible enough to bend and twist a lot, and stainless steel resists those movements, especially at this gauge.

Revain really needs to do a better job of filtering out negative reviews that are the fault of the customers, not the products. All 1 star reviews should be removed, apparently no one bothered to read the description before purchasing this cable. Warning, spoilers, PVC coating on the wire. I don't think any of them asked why this wire comes with aluminum terminals. One review says they snapped the wire trying to cut it and the worn end would not go through the sleeve.
