I bought the same boots for my daughter from Nordstrom from the store last year when she was born so I know how they should look and feel, the fur is thin, the suede on the boot is fake and doesn't look like it shown in the photo, the fur does not cover the whole shoe. For example, why would you send me fake boots for the same price as REAL Uggs?

These Uggs came without a bottom grip. If my daughter walks with them, she will most likely slip. The box also arrived damaged. Whoever made these Uggs didn't take the time to get down to business. get a refund.

Parcel arrived damaged (shoes were worn out). There is no inset in the right boot to maintain the shape of the shoe. The product has been repackaged according to the box it arrived in due to shipping damage. I will be charged for the cost of returning the damaged item.

I bought their brown ones from the store and the velcro was starting to come off and they were more expensive than the pink ones.
