HDMI doesn't work well for computers and accessories

HDMI doesn't work. This is what my screen looks like when I use the adapter. It's ok if I use the HDMI port on my laptop so I know it's not a monitor. I wanted something that I could just plug into my laptop with my monitor, mouse, keyboard, etc. attached, rather than having to plug each one in individually, so I was very hopeful. Unfortunately disappointed.

Perfect for our needs

We urgently needed access to an Android phone with a display that just happened to stop working. This dongle allowed us to connect to the phone, connect an HDMI cable to the dongle and the TV, connect a USB keyboard and mouse, and access everything we needed to backup from the phone. A real lifesaver! Also, we have a newer Chromebook that for some reason doesn't have an HDMI port. With this dongle we can connect to USB-C and then connect an HDMI cable to display the screen on a large TV or…

Works great in computers and accessories

The hub is pretty good. The quality of the material is top-notch and helps keep the hub cool, and the cable is long enough to avoid kinks and excess pressure. Not a good photo camera but I will update later
