Although my vacuum cleaner, model number 70120, is listed, it doesn't fit and pops out every time you move the handle up or down. I'll get some duct tape and hope this "fixes" the problem. The filter seems to snap and you hear a click, but it just doesn't line up with the dot. On the search page the description said it was OE, I just checked and on the item page the description said it was 'universal'. If I saw it, it would likely affect my purchase.

I have ordered this filter for my Hoover vacuum a few times over the years and the results have been mixed. In most cases I have received filters that say HEPA on the front and plastic screens over the filter part that prevent the filter from popping out. With my penultimate order I received an unbranded filter without a plastic grid. It worked horribly, the filter popped out and collapsed as you can see in other customers photos. It arrived quickly as expected and was a direct replacement for the one listed in our vacuum cleaner manual. It fit perfectly in a vacuum, but as soon as we turned it on we found the filter just popped out like it had spring pressure or something. I JUST RECEIVED THE FILTER AND THIS IS NOT THE FILTER SHOWN ON THE AMAZON WEBSITE. WEBSITE SHOWS THE OEM PART AND SHOWS THE HOOVER BELOW THE PART LISTED.
