After one month of using (maybe 3 or 4 days a week for less than an hour each time), it stipped holding a charge. Left it plugged overnight several times with the same result. As soon as my kid went to ride it, the low battery indicator would go off and then died. Very cool looking but now it's just junk.

Bought this for our daughter for Xmas from Santa. There wasn't a manual included. Two wires at the base of the handlebars are stripped so nothing can connect so the wheel doesn't light up. Charged it for 5 hours and still doesn't work. Watched many YouTube videos. It beeps when you press on the back button. Now I can't even return it. Really disappointed.

Opened and plugged in the morning of my sons birthday. It never charged. The front wheel never lit up. The charger indication light turned green after about 3 hours when the instructions said it would take 5 to reach a full charge. I reached out to the seller and they sent me an email stating I had to file a claim for return. Didn’t come with handle bar tightner piece and just after a couple days the charger plug was gone, it had broken bllkoff smh wasn’t happy at all. I will buy my son smiths one through another company, I do NOT recommend

This scooter is absolutely amazing! I know my daughter will love it for Christmas! It was very easy to assemble and the LED wheel is beautiful and very noticeable! It was worth every penny I spent on it!

It did need some assembly but my daughter loves it! She is 10 and a half and the scooter does go a little faster than I thought it would but it is a great gift for any boy or girl! I do think that they should be at least 8 or older because of its speed.

My 8 y/o daughter loves it. Easy to assemble. Scooter is sturdy built. The lighted front wheel is really nice and bright in the dark. The speed of the scooter is just right for this age group. The battery run time is great. Lasted a few hours before needing a charge.

This is a good scotter for a 10 year old but I bought several others at Target for grandkids and they are larger and go a little faster. A little Dissapointed. I needed one that was for a larger kid so I went with this one but again a little disappointed in its speed.

Do not waste your money. This product lasted one day. Never worked again. Bought early for a birthday present and was past my return window. Monumental waste of money, I’d rather bag a bag of hot diarrhea before buying this again.

My daughter honestly only wanted this scooter because the front wheel lights up.The control of stepping on both buttons seems easy but you can't control the speed so when you step off to slow down most of the time you have to step off completely to kind of "reset" the 1, 2 motion of using both buttons. Works great. My 10 yr old grandson. 110 pds n 5 feet tall, took it out for the first time n really enjoyed himself. He was able to ride it for a few hrs n on dry or wet land. He’s very excited with it n I agree it’s well worth the money. Thank u.

This electric scooter doesn’t have a hand break like the other electric scooters my other grandkids have. I’m returning it and getting one that does have hand breaks. Not as cool as my grandson thought this would be with the wheels that light up.

We purchased this electric scooter for my son’s 6th birthday! It took him a while to figure out how to use the buttons to accelerate the scooter. You have to "push” off then balance one foot in front of the other with the back button being held down with the child’s foot. He finally mastered it and loves it!

My granddaughter absolutely loves her Gotrax scooter! Loves riding it with her friends. I’m so happy I bought it for her.

I purchased this for my 6 year old daughters birthday. She absolutely loves it. The only downside is now the charger won’t work. We’ve only had it for 6 weeks. I have to purchase another charger and hope it’s not the actual charge port that’s already messed up

My seven year old son has only had this for a month, but he loves it. It runs at one speed, which has been great for him to learn how to regulate for himself. It is very durable and looks nice.

My son got this as a gift so I have no idea how to get this issue rectified. After putting it together the steering tube doesn’t stay locked in place. Not sure why.

Item arrived used. It had been put together, used and then taken apart. It was dirty and scuffed up. The replacement better get here in time for my daughter’s birthday :(

We bought two of these for our two boys for Christmas this year and they absolutely love them. They assembled quickly and were fully charge within 4 hours. We are very happy with this purchase!
