I like that it increases the flexibility of using my phone, but the red part fell off when I put the phone in. It doesn't matter, so it doesn't really bother me.

This item was very fragile and malleable. I thought it would be good, good strong plastic and light weight, but it was bad. The phone holder mechanism fell apart in my hand trying to insert the phone on the third try. Came right back and got a $30 metal shifter.

Ulanzi U Rig Pro received in time. The locking mechanism (springs/friction lock) does NOT hold my phone securely in the case. This setup only holds a bare phone. I had to remove the outer hard part of the two piece case to attach the phone to the product.

I really like this machine. For the price, it's very solidly built and can carry a fairly large phone. The cold shoe mounts look a bit flimsy so you have to be careful not to press on them too hard. The 1/4 thread is all metal so you don't have to worry about plastic threads. Excellent goods!

Bought to help with shooting practice and games. Fits great on a tripod and holds my iPhone 11 perfectly. I haven't had to add any other tools like microphone, lights, etc. yet. It also works great as a handheld game for more stabilized shots. Excellent value for money and quality. Recommended for beginners or advanced.

However the unit itself will not fit flush with the screw that came with the base or the screw that came with the tripod or a brand new screw on any tripod base. So you have to fold the sheets of paper very small to make them lay flat, which is a waste of time because you have to do this every time you bump into them when it lifts your corner.

Very flexible and lightweight. Like side handles, some other brands don't have two handles, but this one does. Likes: comfortable grip, secure phone grip, universal, additional slots for accessories, durable. Dislikes: Only holds the phone - you'll have to remove any case you have. Very happy with the results and performance. I love this instrument.

If you're a vlogger, add this to your must-have list. I shoot 5-6 videos a week, some live, some recorded, and this easy-to-use setup really comes in handy. It easily attaches to a tripod when you need your hands free. You can also attach small lights and a Rode mic to the rig. Handles on both sides help stabilize, you can't use a tripod. Used it at a live stream fundraiser with a moderator and it worked really well and kept everything in place.

The product was delivered without a handle on the front because there is a wide end of the screw that the handle fits into. You can't move the part the way it's meant to be used, ie move the grip up and down to allow your phone to fit in the stand. It hurts to move this tiny screw up and down by hand. I wrote immediately and asked for the missing pen to be sent to me. So far I've only gotten an auto reply which doesn't quite make sense and asks me to return it if I'm unsatisfied. I'm not…
