Stopped working after 9 months. It was great while it lasted, but suddenly stopped working. Judging by other reviews, this seems to be a common problem and can even be designed to burn out after a while. It could have been a good product if it had been designed properly and lasted at least a few years before breaking.

In August 2020 I ordered 3 of these devices for my child restraint systems. One stopped working after a few days. After numerous tires, photos and emails, the manufacturer finally sent me a replacement. It went like this for a few months. The problem with the replacement was not worth the trouble. They work great when they work. Two of them are still running a year later.

The car looks pretty solid. I plugged it in and it seemed to work for the first few days. I heard the soft purr of the vibrator, I even saw the water bubbling as it was stirred. Then on the third day I pushed the ON button, it buzzed briefly and then stopped. Tried restarting the machine, same thing, just brief bursts. It's no better than a cheap piece of plastic, an inanimate, inanimate prosthetic basket.

Yes, it's compact and easy to use, but do you want to spend $55 on electronics for 9-12 months because you're going to throw it away in 12 months?
