Sorry for being so graphic but PLEASE don't buy these if you are a long distance runner - they are the most annoying thing I have ever had. I ran 18 miles yesterday and the pain caused by my shorts rubbing against my skin is worse than anything I've ever experienced running :( Workout.

Fits true to size and is very comfortable. It depends on how you like the fit which size you take. Of course I could take a small one, but I think they might be too tight in some places. I usually wear medium sized gym shorts and these fit perfectly. I have yellow neos and they are not as transparent as others have said. It should be noted that the belt is shown in yellow in the picture but comes with a black belt. I'm not thrilled, but they still look good.

Bags I was pretty impressed at first glance, but I wasn't sure which size to go for based on the reviews. I ordered small (blue shorts) and medium (grey shorts) for comparison. In general, as some other comments reiterate, the fit depends on how loose/tight you prefer it and where on the waist you prefer to wear your shorts. The small fit is exactly as the product image.
