That's the best you can say. The material of the bottle is *thin*, can be used for a few months and then thrown away. I wasn't expecting lab quality, but this is store quality for only $0.99.

Just have a cap that was very lame and made it difficult to work with the slide bar? Works well in terms of slip usage but not very functional with just a lid.

They are great. They are excellent for spreading commercial underglazes. I get an excellent stable line. As long as I keep them closed they don't clog so I can leave them full and not have to pump and wash between uses.

I am very happy with these pendant bottles. The plastic of the bottle is soft enough to extrude slip for decorative ceramic processing. I noticed that the edges of the needle tips are a bit "sharp". This may be because I had no experience with slides. I plan to carefully sand the edges to make them smooth. The seal is good, tight and I haven't noticed any leaks when using the slip trailers.

Instructions that the slip should be put on when the clay is still quite wet. When I put it on a fairly dry piece the pad came off. It would also be nice to learn how to get the pad out of the needle so it doesn't clog. My plate in the photo shows how a pendant can draw very beautiful lines. The plate I'm putting in here is my first attempt and I definitely don't expect to get it on my next attempts, but it gives an idea of how nice lines can be made.
