Underhill NG450 Magnum Carbide Hose Nozzle 3/4 " Hose Inlet

At first the hose was a bit difficult to turn to try different spray patterns. I had my brother turn the nozzle and after he loosened the nozzle , I was able to turn the nozzle to any spray strength I wanted and was easy to use. I would definitely recommend this nozzle to anyone looking to purchase a 3/4" hose nozzle. It may cost a little more than other nozzles, but it's worth it.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Very expensive

I don't even use it anymore.

It is not dimensionally stable, the nozzle adjuster wobbles by itself when you hold it in your hand. You have to constantly adapt to the changing pattern. In addition, the patterns are irregularly shaped. It is difficult to enter only the pattern you want. I think this nozzle needs high pressure to work properly, lower water pressure means poor performance. I would not buy any other color from this company again. I paid over $50 thinking I was getting a very high quality nozzle.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Expensive

Poor spray pattern Deflector not centered properly I .

I first bought 1 Magnum tip for $50.46 on August 20, 2015 at my husband's request. I then bought 2 more on May 31, 2016 as future gifts for him for his birthday on July 26th. When I gave him 2 Magnum Picks ($50.71 x 2 = $101.42). The first one I bought in 2015 he immediately sent me back and told me to return it. Little did I know that he was very dissatisfied with the first one and that it broke in less than 6 months! My husband is a dentist by trade but has a bachelor's degree in horticulture
