This is the second optical illusion top I've bought. The photo looks amazing and really deceives the eye. Real tops are a total flop - one dimensional, cheap, nothing you want to wear. I don't know where they get samples but they are a complete misrepresentation of what they are selling.

I ordered 8-12 for my 9 year old and it fits just right. This would be difficult for a 10 year old and not suitable for most 11-12 year olds. I only gave it 3 stars because my son loves it. I do not know why. The 3D lava geometric design does not look like the picture. It's more of a blue-purple color and doesn't look three-dimensional at all. Feels a bit warm due to the synthetic material.

This is normal quality. After a few weeks of frequent wear, it has already started to roll. That's why I rated it down one star. But my son loves the design. So that's a plus. He talked us into buying three of these before he wears the first one a lot and if I had known how quickly they wear out I would have gone for one. We won't buy it again but this is still a fun shirt for kids who love unique clothing.
