my girlfriend bought it for work. I don't know what everyone is complaining about, she is very curvy and they still fit her! I guess just measure yourself and don't expect every brand to be the right size. Reviews should be based on material and quality versus price, not whether you had to return it for a different size.

I bought these khaki pants size 1 (my waist is 25 inches, my hips is 34 inches). After reading previous reviews and their stories of ridiculously tight pants, I decided to play it safe and go two sizes up, a size 5. Bad idea. When they arrived I only had to look at them to realize they were too big, I didn't even bother to try them on.
