I was able to get a dust and bubble free screen protector UNTIL I put the Otterbox Folio case back on my iPad Pro. The glass immediately rose at the edges, and no pushing or squeezing helped. I decided I had put the glass on wrong and took it off. I then put the flip case back on the iPad and practiced with a used screen protector to see if I could attach it to the case.
