I'm 5ft 11" and about 220 pounds. The large size fits me perfectly. I keep my car keys and iPhone 11 with no problem. I recommend and buy again. Hides the phone well. You don't want to flaunt your phone with a clear plastic case like some other armbands. It won't make you vomit either. I run and walk daily and this brace will not slip off my biceps.

This works well enough if you want to set it and forget it until you're done. I walk in, and if you want to stop and take a picture or use your phone, you can pull it out without taking your hand off it, but you have to remove it to put the phone back in. It's very soft and stays in place. If you sweat like me during your summer run, you'll need to wash it after each use as it soaks up sweat and sits just under your armpit. I like it, but not for all types of exercises.
