    The cord of this power adapter is short.

    When I opened the box with the adapter inside, I saw that the cable was very short. 2-3 meters or so. The one that came with my Mac was long enough to connect from a long distance. I was worried it wouldn't work but after plugging it in I saw that thankfully it worked fine. So if you need a longer cable to connect your Mac to the nearest outlet.

    Disappointed at least

    I bought this cable as an extra cable so I don't have to carry the cable behind me when talking to another room via the laptop. Long story short on a 32 day world with this cable it died and was never recharged and was about 32 days old so I lost the 30 day window to return it and get another one. It was very disappointing that it only lasted 32 days.

    IT LOOKS THAT BUT IT IS NOT!... EMERGENCIES ONLY

    It may be a lot cheaper than an Apple certified charger, but there's still a reason it's cheaper.... It makes a static noise when connected to a laptop. and it overheats. Do not use it to replace the original that came with your laptop. Use it ONLY IN AN EMERGENCY. Buy an APPLE CERTIFIED charger there for a reason. looks the same but it isn't...

    Great - works just like the orig Apple charger

    Got a new puppy - first thing he did with his razor sharp teeth - cut my original MAC PRO charger cable. One that costs around $120 at the Apple Store. And I couldn't find it anywhere where I live. Then I found this universal charger at Revain for about $20 - I mean, I was in heaven - but I wasn't sure it would work until it got to my doorstep. I was without a computer for a few days before it came. Plugged in and my MAC PRO charged instantly. I even bought a second one in case the pup cuts…

    The cable is short but works great!

    So far so good - I've been using this charger for about a month with my mid 2014 15" Macbook Pro Retina and it works just as well as Apple's. The cord is about the same length as the original but no extension cord is supplied so it's a little short on its own. However, the Apple extension is compatible, so I used it to increase my reach. Good buy!

    I'm satisfied Computers and accessories

    The charger works as advertised and the price is right. Buyers should be aware that there is no cord from the brick part to the wall outlet, the brick part plugs directly into the wall so you need to be fairly close to the outlet. This is indicated in the description, but only as an additional reminder. I just took part of the cable from my old charger and plugged it straight into the new charger. I would buy again if needed.

    Ideal…. Chargers and adapters

    ....to fry bacon or a heater. This charger reached almost 140 degrees when charging my MBP. The battery itself has become hot and dangerously hot. If you're looking to buy one of these, be sure to stop by the DIY department and pick up a kitchen potholder. Seriously, just buy OEM, your insurance agent will thank you later.

    Original + replacement both didn't work

    I ordered this charger and had to get a replacement because the one I received didn't work at all. The second charged me for a few days and then seemed to short out. Sometimes if I wiggle it enough and then don't touch it, I can get it into a position where my laptop is plugged in, but that's obviously unsustainable (and it seems unsafe). Unfortunately, the return window was very short, so now I just paid for the charger. Don't waste your money as it will likely break soon after you receive it.

    Good value for money and quick delivery. Edit: I don't expect much from cheap products. But this thing only lasts a month. I connected my laptop which I don't use often. The last time I charged it was about a week ago and the battery was about 10%. After a few minutes I noticed that it had dropped to single digits.
