Much better than the original

I bought this because I broke the one I had at home. It matched the old mount perfectly. After a few uses, I'm just hooked! Unlike the old white plastic, it doesn't fall out when used. However, it comes out easily when I want it. I don't know why Revane asked for a softness rating. It's not soft at all and I don't want it to be soft.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Suitable for old school wall shelves.

that's a roll of toilet paper lol. Cons: Too expensive for a brass finish unless you're a fan of tidying up this way or just redesigning the entire bathroom (like I did) Pros: It fits the oldest built-in TP wall-mounted toilet roll holder I've ever had I've come across something other than a toothbrush holder in my bathroom and it doesn't fit a modern toothbrush (just as an age example, heh). It was the only reason I even bothered to write this review. .Oh yeah that works too lol.

Universal! Best in Hardware

I needed a quick remodel of my bathroom and instead of buying a regular, readily available toilet paper holder they installed what was in a clearance basket in a goodwill donation recently acquired at a run down meth -A house. I struggled with my strike on the back of the toilet for almost 2 years until I found a way to drill location holes for a reel seat which I found from Lowe. After searching for tile drill bits, right angle drill bits and noise canceling headphones, I stumbled across…

Too short for larger tips

Looks good but not "universal" and doesn't fit me. Overall size is 6" uncompressed, but my holder requires a larger size (5/8" diameter) stepped ends. The roll is only 5-1/2 inches long when you measure at these ends. This is not enough and the video breaks off. The narrow ends are 3/8" in diameter, and if your holder uses them, it might fit you. . But if they made it longer, say 6-1/2 inches total, then there might be enough tension to use the wider ends in my holder and it might more properly

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Fits

I never thought I would have to buy something like this. To be honest, I didn't know what they were called, and the folks at Walmart looked at me like I was a little crazy when I asked about "one of those soft/bouncy toilet roll holders." I bought it for the guest bathroom when we moved in because it wasn't there. It was a bit more expensive than I expected but it shrinks so smoothly I kind of want to steal it and put it in the master bathroom because it's so much better than the one I have!

The best toilet paper holder ever!

First of all there has never been a lighter and more perfect toilet paper holder. I found this one and honestly didn't have high hopes. The last reel seat was broken by a 4 year old girl who was digging deep to find her inner strength to pry it out of the stand holding it in place. Thankfully, this toilet paper holder came to the rescue. I'm not trying to make sure my 4 year old understands there is a spring in the reel seat and we need to pull back one side to keep it from breaking. Otherwise…
