Too thick to be used as an AC filter

The film is TOO THIN AND TOO THICK to be used as an AC filter. This caused the block to wheeze (draft developed) after 30 seconds. Luckily, it's out of the ordinary. (It's too thin and weak, but dense.)

Make Your Own HEPA Pre-Filters

Easy to cut and attach to HEPA filters that require an activated carbon pre-filter. I could buy a pre-cut filter or make five (maybe more) out of this sheet. It's the same material and thickness and it cuts with decent scissors. Save the old pre-filter and use it as a guide when ordering.

Works great on bad smells

Thicker than I expected but honestly a plus. I don't smoke, I live with smokers and it really helps me breathe easier. I attached them to the back of the box fans, the air cleaner, and all the air vents. Finally it doesn't smell like an old ashtray.

They look like pre-cut activated carbon filters for Honeywell portable filters.

I can't rate the activated carbon filter yet because I haven't used it yet. I'm wondering if they can be used for both the large 23" x 23" air conditioner intake vents in the house and the exhaust vents in the house. Lately I've noticed that the exhaust vents are getting very dusty. although an additional (expensive) Honeywell electronic air filter is installed in the garage along with the main stove/AC/AC.
