I only use it when travelling. This makes typing difficult, both by reducing key touch and absorbing finger impulse. I bought this as a last resort for my 17.3 inch ASUS VivoBook Pro N705UD-EH76 because I can't find cases for this particular model. I've bought one of these before and it worked great for my laptop. But not for my new one. It didn't stick to the buttons, and since my new laptop turns into a tablet, I needed something to protect the buttons in tablet mode. But as said, the cover doesn't stay on the keys of this laptop so it just fell off. I suspect it only sticks to keys made of certain materials/finishes. My old laptop had smooth shiny keys. My current laptop has a matte finish.
