I have had this product for a couple years now & have used this product in pools, on the beach, on a trip to Universal (& got caught in a serious rainstorm), tubing down a river & climbing a waterfall. It holds my Samsung S7 edge with my Otterbox commuter case just fine. Sometimes the photos get cloudy if I'm taking my phone out & putting it back in often. Used this while floating down a river. It did the job, although it's a snug, fit. I tested it a few days before by putting in a dry, paper towel and submerging it for awhile under water. It passed the test!Now, for a hard, lesson I learned while using it.I jumped out of my tube, into the water, but when I tried to jump up into the tube, my phone, hanging from my neck, kept getting in my way by the front of my chest. I tested this like it said to, with a paper towel first. Left it in the water with something holding it down for almost 2 hours. Not a drop. Perfect seal. I don't know if I will use it to do too much serious underwater stuff as it is just a heavy plastic bag but for the price you can't beat the protection for pool

Worked great, I pre-tested in my pool weighted down with a rock at 8' depth with no problems. Put toilet tissue in the package for 2 hours and came out dry. Used it on vacation and went down to probably 20' with tissue to pre-test and came out dry. Then used my LG smartphone under water and was able to use all functions under water and took photos. Excellent buy for the money, I really recommend this product, would recommend cleaning the seal/bag before removing the phone/camera from the pouch.

I like the pouch oh, it worked great keeping water out. but my daughter said it was a little difficult to get open to get her phone out and while it was inside the pouch it was pretty difficult to used touch screen. but I want to reiterate it was wonderful and keeping water out and there a lot of pouches out there that do not do that.

Had this for about 2 years, worked until it tore. I used it about once a week during those two years to keep the phone dry while I rode my bike. During those two years it worked great. The plastic is not re-enforced as you can see.

It just didn't work at all -- I tested it, and it leaked (luckily before I put my phone in). And then I emailed the support email address that came with the product and the email bounced back. Would not recommend.

I LOVE these cases! I’ve had about four in 14 years they last like forever! If I can say one thing negative I would say if you have in the iPhone x or larger with a Otterbox case or a different bigger stronger case it may not fit and caused a leak- so you may want to take your case off or look at different products but other than that they are fantastic cases! To use both around water or just to like wear at Disneyland hold your stuff close around your neck!

OMG! These are AWESOME!I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 w/Otterbox Symmetry ultra thin case. Case and all fits in pouch w/room to spare! My facial recognition works as well!
