The item came with all the parts but the deep pockets make it bend and stick out of the door. This makes me afraid that things will fall out or the product will deform quickly. It's just diapers and some baby teethers, nothing super heavy. So I will add velcro to hold it on the door better. Very good product for organizing the workplace. I use it to organize materials for my preschool Sunday school work that have been kept in boxes on the floor. It's not flimsy and comes with hard cardboard inserts at the bottom of each wide pocket to keep them from sagging. Holds a lot of stuff. The capacity is excellent, but there are issues with the design. I gave these three stars for two main reasons: First, the metal door hanger's spring is too large and makes the door difficult to close at best. To solve this problem I will replace them with a low profile set that fits the thickness of the door exactly. Second, when closets are loaded with things, they tend to not sit evenly at all.
